Affiliate Brand & Marketing Standards

BrightLine Affiliate Brand & Marketing Standards

These standards help affiliates represent BrightLine Global Institute accurately, professionally, and consistently. They supplement the Affiliate Terms and do not authorize claims that BrightLine itself does not make.

Permitted promotion

  • Sharing authorized BrightLine affiliate links.
  • Sharing accurate, current program information and approved program descriptions.
  • Using approved BrightLine promotional assets and brand materials.
  • Creating original, truthful content about eligible BrightLine programs.
  • Sharing genuine personal experience or opinion when clearly presented as personal experience or opinion.
  • Using appropriate email, newsletter, social-media, community, or other promotion where lawful and platform-compliant.

Prohibited promotion

  • Guaranteed employment, income, salary, job placement, or career outcomes.
  • False accreditation, licensing, credential, partnership, or endorsement claims.
  • Misrepresentation of BrightLine programs, credentials, learning outcomes, duration, cost, or eligibility.
  • Fabricated reviews, testimonials, learner results, endorsements, or partnerships.
  • Unauthorized coupons, discounts, rebates, bonuses, artificial scarcity, or false deadlines.
  • Impersonating BrightLine or presenting an affiliate website, email address, social account, or advertisement as an official BrightLine property.
  • Unlawful spam, misleading advertising, referral manipulation, fake purchases, cookie stuffing, or commission manipulation.
  • Unauthorized alteration, registration, copying, or misuse of BrightLine intellectual property, logos, content, or brand assets.

Required disclosure

Use a clear disclosure whenever legally required or appropriate:

“Disclosure: I may receive a commission if you enroll in a BrightLine Global Institute training program through my referral link, at no additional cost to you.”

Equivalent disclosures may be used where they are equally clear, conspicuous, accurate, and legally compliant.

Responsible language

Describe BrightLine programs as professional training designed to help learners develop practical knowledge and skills. Do not promise a particular job, income level, licensing result, immigration result, credential acceptance, or outcome. If unsure whether a claim is permitted, do not publish it; contact BrightLine first.
